STA New South Wales provides high-quality, NDIS Short Term Respite supports across Sydney and surrounding areas. Our focus is on delivering safe, structured, and meaningful respite experiences that support participant wellbeing, independence, and NDIS goals.

We support participants requiring 1:1 support and work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure each stay is planned, purposeful, and tailored to individual needs.

We aim to make every stay comfortable, accessible, and supported by experienced staff, giving participants the opportunity to rest, reset, build skills, and engage in activities that are meaningful to them.

Whether you need planned respite, support during transitions, emergency respite, or a short break in a supportive environment, we aim to make the process simple, flexible, and responsive.

Receive a Personalised Quote

Our team will review your request and send you a detailed quote based on your NDIS funding, goals, and preferences — usually within 1–2 business days.

Finalise Your Booking

Once approved, we’ll confirm your stay, coordinate support staff, and ensure everything is ready for your arrival — including meals, transport (if applicable), and activities.
